In-house workshops and game plays bring e-Factor!® to you.
- 90-minute program gives you an overview of how business ethics and ethical leadership can influence your results and engage your employees and clients in more productive behavior.
- Half day program includes a full game-play and discussion on how to apply what you’ve learned in the game to your workplace. The game is a unique tool that helps you and your clients uncover issues and begins the process of solving them through experiential learning and modeling of behavior.
- Full day program includes a full game-play and strategy session on how to bring the game to all levels of your organization, reduce risk and help build more effective teams and leaders. The workshop includes self-discovery of participants unique strengths, weaknesses and hidden talents that offer each person their own competitive advantage.
Public workshops allow you to take your team outside the workplace to play the game. Here you can explore opportunities the game offers to help build more effective teams, leaders and ethical awareness.
Enterprise-wide Workplace Experience allows you to reach all levels of the organization in a phased approach, starting with senior leadership, followed by mid-level management and staff levels. Each level has a separate program designed especially for them.
